Meet the yellow unicorns named Yoli. This book is their creation! ;)
They had to go on a trip, to collect data for their homework.
And they needed their manual for that.
But searching for the manual, Yoli found a strange book.
And the book had weird messages.
So Yoli threw it away and grabbed the manual.
With Yoli falling in a deep valley.
And getting to see "the ligh".t
And also some dark and scary shadows...
But the light chases away the darkness!
And now we find out more about "the light" and "the shadows"!
We learn about mindset and how to fight the automatic negative thoughts.
So that we can be masters of our thoughts!!!
I'm grateful to all the people whose teachings inspired me to write the book.
